With over a decade of experience in sports performance and medicine, I specialise in helping athletes achieve their peak potential. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, combining academic expertise with practical experience.
I’ve worked with elite motorsport drivers across British GT, GT Open, World GT Challenge, World Endurance Championship, and the McLaren Trophy, gaining a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of high-performance athletes. My experience spans senior roles at top football clubs, including Ipswich Town FC, Colchester United, Woking FC, and Boreham Wood FC, as well as coaching Olympic-level athletes like Sophie McKinna.
As the founder of Performance4Sport, a thriving clinic and performance company that has supported thousands of clients over seven years, I offer a holistic approach to athlete development.
From injury prevention and rehabilitation to long-term athlete development, nutrition, and motivational coaching, my mission is to empower athletes to perform at their best, whatever their sport.

Matt hold numerous industry recognised qualifications in Sports Science, S&C and Personal Training. Since graduating with a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Sports Science, Matt has worked across the professional and semi-professional sports. Matt has worked with teams and individuals to support them with their performance analysis, strength and conditioning ands sports science support.
Matt is a UK Anti Doping Accredited Advisor Assessment and also UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) Associate Member as well as a British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) Member. Matt is also an accredited International Society of Performance Analysis in Sport (ISPAS) Level 2 Performance Analyst. Matt has supported the tutor delivery, practical and theory elements of the NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science.
Matt has been the Performance Coach for Norwich City Women FC (voluntarily). Matt’s role was to lead the physical development of the women’s first team. This involved physical preparation during training in ensuring the team are ready for match days. This also included injury prevention strategies, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, strength and power conditioning and psychological profiling of the players. In addition, Matt assisted the Lead Performance Analyst, with filming, analysing, clipping and coding matches including, feeding back to the players and coaches.

Cait has had a range of clinical and sport environment experience, from several sport injury clinics and providing human performance support to professional racing drivers. Loves sports injuries, sports massage and 1-2-1 coaching. Available in clinic on Wednesdays and Thursdays
